Perfectly located within walking distance of the stunning sandy beach of Playa De Muro and a variety of shops, bars and restaurants, this villa is the perfect choice for a truly Mallorcan holiday in close proximity to all amenities. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people in modern air-conditioned interiors. The large private pool is surrounded by pleasant terraces and gardens which provide excellent privacy compared to other properties in a similar location. Inside, the villa is on one level and consists of a large bright living room (satellite TV, wi-fi internet, sofa bed) with adjoining dining area, a fully equipped separate kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer), a spacious master bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower en suite as well as direct access to the outside, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower for the whole family. The rooms have air conditioning (included in the rental price) and the interiors have just been completely renovated. Outside, the private pool is set in spacious terraces with Mediterranean flowers and shrubs. It measures 6m x 4m, the depth is 1,5m and access is via Roman Steps.
